# Recommendation Lifecycle

Every recommendation row carries a `status` column constrained to those five states. The UI on `/app/optimizations` exposes the actions and shows the *p*-value once `measured`.

`acceptRecommendation` and `rejectRecommendation` finalise the row and either archive the parent agent (on accept) or the variant (on reject).
